Assist the team in implementing segmentation marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns, using insights to make data-driven decisions and propose targeted marketing tactics, including personalized offers and rewards.
Execute online and offline marketing initiatives across multiple channels, such as social media, display advertising, mobile apps, email marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
Develop creative digital marketing ideas and content, and conduct A/B tests to optimize performance.
Evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness, providing insights to optimize traffic and conversion rates.
Coordinate with the creative and product teams to ensure timely planning and execution of marketing communications and promotions.
Prepare reports and analyze data on sales, incentive programs, and CRM for analysis.
Collaborate with partners to explore joint promotion opportunities and maximize marketing reach.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor degree or above
Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/ content marketing.
Must have solid knowledge of Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Google Adwords (SEM), and Google Analytics.
Experience in e-commerce and data analytic tools such as PowerBI is an advantage.
In house or Digital agency background also welcomed.
Opportunty to be a leader to manage team junior colleagues.
